Who is Lauren?
Lauren Jackson is a physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree from the University of East Anglia (2020). She’s worked across multiple specialties, including a year in a busy US outpatient clinic treating athletes and post-operative patients.
Lauren uses manual therapy, therapeutic massage, rehabilitative exercise and gait re-education, with clear advice to treat issues and prevent recurrence. A qualified gym and Pilates instructor with sports massage and taping certifications, she builds person-centred plans to get you back to full health fast.
