Returns and Refund Policy

Our 60-Day Guarantee

We offer a 60-day returns and refund policy. This means that you can return any unopened pouches in saleable condition to us and, once received, we will refund your money. 

This guarantee mainly applies to customers who have purchased bundles and want to return any unopened pouches, or customers who have bought our product/s in error and haven't opened them.

Before contacting us to start the return and refund, you are always welcome to call or email our team who can provide tips and tricks to make our supplements more effective in your daily regime - after all, it’s our mission to revolutionise your wellness so we want to help in any way we can.

Returns and Refund policy - Terms & Conditions:

  1. This returns and refund policy only applies to our supplement range.
  2. One-off purchases of just one pouch will not be eligible for a refund, unless unopened. 
  3. Subscription purchases of just one pouch will not be eligible for a refund, unless unopened. 
  4. Bundles: If you buy our discounted bundles of 2, 3 or 6 pouches, and want to return, we will only refund you for the unopened pouches in saleable condition.
  5. Customers are required to cover the postage of shipping back to us. 

IMPORTANT: We always advise you to buy our products as a one-off purchase to try before committing to a subscription or buying a bundle.

Products bought in error
If you have bought from our website in error, you can return it for a refund, but it must be unopened and you will be required to cover postage. If you have bought in error and opened the packaging, you are not eligible for a refund.

How to start the refund process
To start a return and refund request please send an email to us at support@extracted.co.uk with your order number so we can match you with the correct order and give you the address to send your item back to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, the quickest way to do this is to email us at support@extracted.co.uk and return the unopened item. Once this is received and approved, we will return your money, and then you can place another order for the product of your choosing.

Refunds - what happens next?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is being processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, but it doesn’t usually take more than 5 working days.
