How we get your supplements to you

Please be aware that for both DPD next day delivery service and Royal Mail Tracked 48, our cut-off time is 1pm on a working day for same day dispatch.

For DPD next day delivery service, please note that our cut-off time is 1pm on a working day for next working day delivery. For instance, if you place an order after 1pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday. Similarly, if you order on a Saturday, your package will be dispatched on Monday.
