We're still pinching ourselves - after nearly three years of building Extracted as a purely online brand, we've taken the plunge and opened our very first bricks-and-mortar store. And not just anywhere, but right in the heart of beautiful Bath!
The Big Day
The launch party was everything we dreamed it would be and more. Our little shop was absolutely buzzing with an incredible mix of people - local press wanting to hear our story, nutritionists curious about our formulations, physios interested in our approach to wellness, beauticians exploring our skin-supporting supplements, and so many others on the guest list who'd heard whispers about what makes Extracted different.
Seeing everyone having fun in our space, asking questions, sampling products and genuinely engaging with what we've built over the past three years was honestly overwhelming in the best possible way. It felt like our online community had suddenly materialised in real life.
Why Go Physical?
This move into retail is really us dipping our toe in the waters before we dive deeper in 2026. We've loved building our online community - and that will always be at the heart of what we do - but there's something incredibly special about face-to-face conversations.
When someone walks through our doors, we can have proper chats about their wellness goals, explain why we choose specific ingredients and help them find exactly what they need. It's the kind of personal service that's hard to replicate through a screen, no matter how much we love our digital interactions.
Our Bath HQ
The space itself has completely exceeded our expectations. We've got the shop floor where customers can browse, learn and chat with our team, plus two stunning floors of office space upstairs. It's become our perfect Bath HQ - a place where our team can collaborate, create and dream up the next innovations for Extracted.
Walking up those stairs each morning and knowing we have a real presence in this gorgeous Georgian city still feels a bit surreal.
A Special Opening
We were incredibly honoured to have long-time brand supporter, TV presenter and women's health advocate Cherry Healey officially open our doors. Her speech about the importance of quality wellness products making a difference to all aspects of life honestly had us all getting a bit emotional.
It perfectly captured why we started Extracted in the first place - to make premium, science-backed supplements available to everyone who wants to take control of their health.
What's Next?
This is just the beginning of our retail journey. We're using this Bath store as our learning ground, figuring out what works, what our customers love and how we can make the in-person Extracted experience even better.
The plan is to expand into more locations in 2026, but for now, we're focused on making this first store absolutely brilliant and continuing to serve our amazing online community who've supported us from day one.
