This guarantee is available exclusively to active subscribers. To request a swap, please notify us at least 3 days prior to your next billing date. You may exchange your subscription product for any item in our range. The new product will be provided at no additional cost, although a nominal postage fee of £4.99 applies.

When you swap, your subscription will be updated to reflect the product you’ve chosen, and your next billing will be adjusted to £4.99. All subsequent charges will revert to the regular subscription price unless the subscription is canceled.
